Content : Refers to any information or material, such as text, images, videos, audio, chat messages or other data, created, submitted, or generated by users (“User-Generated Content”) through our website or our services. You are solely responsible for all Content you submit to the website.
Prohibited Content : Refers to illegal activities, such as, but not limited to sexualization of minors, hate speech, content that is offensive, discriminatory, contains or promotes violence infringes on third-party rights or is otherwise prohibited by these TOS.

General

Myperfectcrush.com is an online chat application that uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) algorithms to generate virtual and fictional characters (the “Companions”). The website generates messages, so that you can chat with the Companions. The website can also generate other media including, but not limited to, images, videos and voice messages (the “Services”). Parts of the Services offered by the website may require you to create a user account.

To begin with, you need to either pick an AI character you wish to talk to, or generate your own AI character using our algorithms. You can then start a conversation with your selected character(s).

Key Reminder

We want to emphasize that all interactions between users and Companions on Myperfectcrush.com are entirely fictional and should be treated as such. The Companions are artificial intelligence characters designed to simulate human-like interactions, but they do not possess genuine emotions, intentions, or the ability to fulfill promises in the real world. Any elements within the conversations that may resemble reality, such as offers of real-life meetings or promises of tangible outcomes, are entirely fake and should not be taken seriously. We do not assume responsibility for any confusion or misunderstandings that may arise from the fictional nature of the conversations.
Users are encouraged to keep in mind that the Companions exist solely within the digital realm of the website, and any expectations or beliefs beyond that realm are not supported or endorsed by MPC SAS.

User Safety

You agree that absent good faith, in the event of any such report you shall be liable to us for such charge or obligation plus an additional $100 administrative fee. Once you have reached the limit of your subscription or trial period, you will be directed to the payment page where you can choose to subscribe to a subscription plan or to buy tokens, payable by one of the acceptable forms of payment as set forth on the website. The choice of payment method is at our sole discretion.
After payment, you will receive access to our services. The availability and evolution of these features remain at our sole discretion.
Your subscription is not automatically renewed at the end of each period. The renewal remains your sole responsibility, and will be available for a period of time to be determined by us. This period may change at our sole discretion. At the end of the renewal period, and if the renewal has not been performed by the User, we reserve the right, but not the obligation, to delete the entire account of the user.

Refunds

If at any time we terminate your rights to use the website because of a breach of these TOS, you shall not be entitled to a refund.
In any, you have 24 hours after your payment to request a refund. No refunds will be issued if your request is made more than 24 hours after you have paid for our services. However, regardless of the time elapsed before you request a refund, it will be denied if you have used more than 20 tokens. We cannot refund in cases where there was a technical issue on the user's side. We can only refund subscriptions or token purchases that were purchased via card.

Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to our website or our services at any time without prior notice for violating these TOS or engaging in unauthorized activity. Termination may result in the deletion of your content and account information.
We reserve and retain the rights to assign, transfer or subcontract the Services to any third parties. Notice will be posted on the website and your continuing use of MyPerfectCrush.com means your consent to such assignment.
